我是长发，并不是经常做头发或剪发，但几年来都是在这家做头发，上次来电烫头发，结果因为时间太长头发都焦了。那次我没有说什么，因为做头发，偶尔有失误都是正常的。这次只是想把损伤的头发剪一下，再染个深棕色。但是染过之后，除了头顶上看到棕色，其他地方还都是黑色，头发放在黑色的剪发围布上完全没有区别，他的先生过来看了一下，也说颜色太深，确实没有上色。 老板娘先是说洗过几次就好了，然后又说白发盖住了，可我并不是要染成黑色呀，她完全不承认失误， 但说可以再帮我染一遍， 我没有办法，只能在那里多坐了30分钟，又把我的头发折腾一次。这次颜色是染上了，老板娘全程臭脸，也没有道歉。 真的不明白，为什么一句对不起就可以解决的问题，一定要死鸭子嘴硬，嘴上说着她自己都不相信的谎言，让顾客，包括她自己都不愉快。 今天体验真的很不好，不会再来了。
