Posted a review then was asked to reach out to their admin email to rectify which they played nice in the email until yet again communication just stopped. I called to speak to Kat who was on holidays but the lady on the phone said they would not be assisting me because of a 1 star review. I explained again I took the review down and wanted to work to get my appointment sorted as they said there was a miscommunication so trying to give the benefit of the doubt I removed the review. Gill the Ohip person isn't very nice to speak with she told me on the phone if I don't take the at cost appointment it will be 8-9 months to get in even though I was referred by a DR. I've tried calling back for a week straight with no answer, left a voicemail for her and she never called me back he VM says within 48 hours but still nothing almost a week later.

This place is not good my friend spend 140$ for facial service is very bad. They didn’t even do facial for 20 mins and not even perform all steps . Very unprofessional place
