She is by far the worst hairdresser I’ve ever dealt with. She carelessly bleached my hair without properly toning it, leaving it brassy and uneven. I had to go back the very next day to demand she apply a toner—something that should’ve been done in the first place. I made it clear I was extremely unhappy with the result, and she promised a color correction in two weeks after I returned from New York. My mother asked me to post the following review : Wendy at Bespoke Salon at Woodbury Town Center was the silver lining of my fire evacuation experience . I asked my daughter to find the best 5 star stylist in Irvine for me to color , cut and highlight , I had no idea Wendy would be a 10! I walked into the salon which was impeccably clean and adorable, there were healthy snacks and more choices of healthy drinks than a cruise ship would have.
