Installation went well, the gate itself is beautiful. However if you need to get your gate serviced, they have a warranty, but I have been calling and leaving messages for months to get my gate serviced now that it has been sagging and no longer closes. They have communicated that they cannot schedule it due to staffing or will call me back and do not call me back. They only care about first time customers. We had them build our fence in fall of 2022. In the winter we noticed our driveway expanded so the gate was difficult to get open. We tried multiple times to get them to come out to adjust and never heard from anybody. Now, a feel years later, we had major storm damage. We have tried every day for OVER A MONTH to hire someone to come out and rebuild our fence. We have been completely ghosted. Tried contacting via “new customer” line and what would you know!? Incredibly happy with the outcome of my new fence thanks to Dan, Pam, and the install crew. They were very accessible for questions and guidance throughout the process, even following up at completion to make sure my goals were met and everything was perfect. In August we had a fence installed by Bespoke Fence for our condominium building and we are absolutely happy with the finished product. First let me state that this is a project that was started last year but had to be put on hold due to legal issues. Once we were able to solve those issues, I reached out to Edwin (sales) this year, who reset the perimeters to the required layout for the project.
