Very disappointed with the poor quality and unprofessional business practices of Bespoke, and the owners Jerry and Michelle Wilson. We had high hopes when we first employed Bespoke after being highly recommended by our designer over three years ago for our $200,000+ cabinet and remodeling project. Me and my husband hired the owner to perform inspections on a new home we are building in Hobe Sound Florida, as per our construction loan requirements. Owner was paid in full for the first two inspections to include a detailed inspection report with pictures. On September 21st, 2022, we met the owner at the construction site. We paid him in full for two inspection reports. We know he performed the first inspection but he never released the report even though he was paid in full for it.
