I just had my first appointment at Bespoke, and it was wonderful. I got there right on time and was seen within a minute or so of arriving. The dental assistant got all of my scans. They do a 360 x-ray, 2 regular x-rays each side, and a full color scan of all teeth. The doctor saw me next and walked through the scans with me then did a physical exam of my teeth. Lastly, the hygienist cleaned my teeth. She used a tool that was new to me to start, and it was absolutely painless. I believe it was just high speed air and water. ... read more
Dr Sonia is a dangerous dentist- I have had two other dentists tell me I have only one small cavity and the rest of my teeth could be sealed as preventative medicine. Dr Sonia labeled almost each tooth as an occlusion to receive a filling. I’m not sure if it’s a scheme to make more money but it’s a scam and my family won’t be going back.
I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dental office! This was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I’m so happy I found them. From the very first phone call, Ashleymarie at the front desk was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. I was hoping to get in the same week, and she went out of her way to check my insurance and figure out my benefits that same day. The security was in a golf cart behind me honking and honking for me to move but there were PEDESTRIANS in front. Did they tell them anything? NO. but told me to keep moving. So much for SAFETY... These security guys are IDIOTS. 🤣
