Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Besharat was thorough and knowledgeable, patient in answering all my questions. I was impressed with how advanced and high-tech the tests were compared to the last eye exam I had (admittedly some five years ago). My eyes were given a proper in-depth exam, and Dr. Besharat explained how some of the imaging even related to my cardiovascular health. Pretty cool stuff! I called with an eye emergency close to closing time and was seen immediately. The staff was kind and helpful, and Dr. Besharat was prifessional, thorough, and kind. So glad I went.
Visited due to irritation in eye. In hindsight I now feel I should not have gone to her it was over her professional scope. She spoke with me disrespectfully asking me a few times ‘do you understand’, ‘look me in the eyes’, ‘do you know what palliative is’. As I would be paying between $80-140 approx I wanted some help. She tried to tell me use dry eye drops, antihistamine. I told her I had been trying those items for a while but this was more than that. I am an RN and told her yes I do understand!
