Short notice service call on mini-split AC was resolved quickly. Adam kept us informed about every step in his diagnosis and resolution of the issue. Unfortunately, a leak was found in the coil and we had to have the entire unit replaced with a new system. The HVAC company that had installed the unit (new construction) had not registered the equipment, so it was past warranty.
