this company hired a literal meth head as a installer while I was running the salt route. this meth heads gf was on probation for identity theft and yet she was filling out the installers customers credit checks with customers ss# talk about a breach in confidential info..........
as a previous employee here I can vouch they have the best equipment. but also as a previous employee I can tell you management is crap. in my five years I was there. I worked as warehouse, delivery, and the. install tech. the install tech that I took the position over for was a literal meth head. who's gf was on probation for identity theft. and yet she was filling out all of robs customers credit checks with s.s.#.
They are a horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service. Raising rates through the roof to rent equipment that is at least 10 years out of date. Called several times about rust in the water. Problem never resolved.

This place should be shut down during this mandated shelter in place. Instead they are sending technicians and delivery drivers in homes and businesses. Private water treatment companys do not come under the "essential" work https://www.michigan.gov/…/0,9753,7-406-98178_98737-522894-… Secondly they're drivers aren't even supplied with masks or gloves. They need to be fined. They obviously dont care about either their customers nor employees. All this company cares about is making a buck.
