It was my first time in this store and I had a great experience. The place is beautiful, they have a lot of different varieties. The staff were very welcoming. Enas was very patient with us and accommodated us with all our needs. I would highly recommend Besan jewlery.

I love buying gold at bessan and I’m always fixing gold there jawid perfectly fixes them without any issues and Dana is the best worker there she always helps me out I recommend looking for her when coming in the store

This place disappointed me and I will personally never return here. I went in to repair something and sell something else, and the costumer service made this process very difficult and unsatisfactory. When asking to repair my jewelry, they made it unnecessarily difficult even though it was a simple fix, and they treated me in a rude manner.
