The artisanal quality of the merchandise and the unparalleled attentiveness of the staff make Beryl more like a trip to a museum than a shopping experience. Don Muller's tradition has been artfully carried forward to a new generation.

Wow! Talk about 5-star service. beryl knows customer service and excels at it. I so appreciate the prompt correspondence about these martini glasses that I pined for. I had walked by them in the window on May 10, but did not go in, because we were in town for a show at The Iron Horse. Those glasses had been on my mind since that day. Popped in for a small gift for my wife. Wow! The store has an extensive selection of gifts: Pottery, jewelry, cut glass, wooden spoons, and more. I selected some hummingbird earrings that were a success.
