This place has the worst customer service ever. I made an appt to get a safety recall taken care of on my car. When making the appt., they gave me all of these options for times as if they had all the time in the world. I get there for my scheduled appt. time and I am told that they have to take care of all the cars waiting in line in order. What was the point of making an appt. if they do it first come, first serve? That should have been properly communicated on the phone while they were giving me appt options! Also, the wo... read more
