My girlfriend tried making an appt here, she was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I made an appt here. I called my insurance and they confirmed I am covered. The day of my appointment, this place tells me I am not covered. I tried to work it out with the dentist and my insurance. Oddly, the insurance company was super helpful and compliant. Had 3 different crowns done for my implant. It was their error and they still got upset because they were "losing" money. Ever since that incident dentist treated me differently. Called to schedule an appointment for a filling. On the day of the appointment, I was told to reschedule because he has a flight. Said that he will be away for 10 days and to either wait or go to a different dentist. This man cares about his profits and I cost him money according to him.
Hi, Berwyn Dental what can I say; by far the Best work ever. I had a tooth extracted didn’t feel him pull it out when he pulled the tooth he replaced it, I’m like didn’t he pull a tooth his assistant said yes he replaced it with a parcel, cleaned my teeth, numbed my mouth before he did anything. Great job, Best experience at the Dentist I ever had. Professional, Clean, staff Great friendly polite considerate.
