Poor Management/Bad Neighbors This place for drug addicts suicide patients and elderly people who think they can still take care of themselves. If you are a self respected person you wouldn't live here. The hallways always stink the elevator breaks down often. The maintenance workers are drug addicts and go in your place when you not home.
