The office is open a few days a week and they sell BPA free containers. I have had mine for 5 yrs . I had a little leak in the nozzle and they gave me a free replacement nozzle. I keep my jug in the fridge. It has a nice spout is always cold and refreshing. No fluoride no chemical tastes..love love love it!
