My hubs and I love Bertucci's! We have been coming here since they opened in the 90's. It's our fav date night restaurant. The pizza, no matter what kind is delish! The waiter staff very efficient and friendly. We will keep coming back especially for those hot rolls and oil! Lol
Everything so far! Big portions... we had to bring half of or meal home.
I was there for the fun and friends. Food was ok.

Delicious food and great environment. The staff are always so sweet.
Two of our party of 4 got sick from food they admittedly said smelled bad and they comped me with dirty, food stained paper coupons (Bertucci's Dough) . Never eating at that location again!!
Waited on hold for 9 minutes to place order. Arrived, order was incorrect. Understaffed and unapologetic.
Avoid Vernon's section if you can. His service sucks.
