With two small children waited over an hour to be seen. We would be better off going to an urgent care. Do not recommend since Cleveland Clinic has taken over
It's been my experience that most Doctors are in and out of the exam room pretty quickly. If you don't speak up or ask a question, they are gone before you know it. It's all about the quantity and how many patients they can see a day and the amount of claims to file with the insurance companies. Dr. Bertsch is not like that whatsoever. I saw him today, got a complete exam, went over blood work, talked about an upcoming surgery that I'm nervous about as I just asked him if he could look at what the process was going to be fro... read more
