Terrible service and delivery experience I bought a new touring motorcycle at Bert's. I was told it would be cleaned, prepped, and ready to go for me the next day. I picked it up the next day, it still had stickers on it, price tag, had not been cleaned at all, very dirty and dusty. I rode the bike home, and on the way, tried adjusting the mirror, and the mirror came loose and just dangled there!
