Good first impression with smaller jobs, heavily ripped off at the end: I am a Bert's garage customer for over three years and recommended them to friends and neighbors. Everything was OK in the beginning when we had some smaller jobs like brake or light repairs. Having grown up in a workshop myself, I always noticed that they are charging more time for a job than it would really take. However, that's a pretty common practice for most workshops.
