I brought in a random jogging stroller wheel with busted bearings and within 30 minutes they had replaced the bearings and axle for a great price. The parts and repair shop at Berts crushed it. Nice work!
Went there today after my sons rear derailer broke, It’s a cheap bike and they were hesitant to Mess with the frame because the bike is all aluminum. They ended up jogging it back into place gently, Replace the derailer, They checked the wheels, The rims, Adjusted the brakes And the bike is better than when we bought it. They did all this while I waited! Top-notch customer service.
Cameron and mechanic crew were fantastic! My bike tuneup and derailer repair went smoothly. I even received a tour of the ebikes available at Bert’s in Webster.
Had a soft tire on my bike and they put a tube in it for me. 2 days later, tire is soft again. Turns out it was the spokes entering the rim that caused a second leak. Not Bert's fault. But they corrected the problem, put in a new tube and all is well. Friendly staff and customer service was excellent!
