I recently visited Bert’s in Webster, New York. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door and explained I had my bike in the car and I couldn’t figure out where a noise/resistance was coming from on my back wheel. They came out, helped me get it out of my car, brought it in and put it on the rack. It was a mystery where the sound was coming from, but they were bound and determined to figure it out, which they did! Super nice, professional and knowledgeable. The folks that lived in the house we moved into left behind a kids' bike for our daughter, but it was missing several bolts. My 5 year old has been begging to ride, but we never got around to fixing it. When cleaning out the garage, we came across it and she had the saddest look on her face knowing she couldn't ride it.
