As my husband Dan and I were the opposing counsel on a case involving Van Schroeder as the other parties attorney this man is beyond INCOMPETENT and will screw up anything he drafts and or forgets to draft what needs be done in the first place leaving us waiting and waiting for him to get his crap together. Some years ago, I contacted this office for legal assistance. I submitted a retainer and received nothing in return and ended up with a Public Defender. It was a rough time and again, no help! I am hoping this was a one off!
