The 4-star review I'm giving is meant for this Property Management company, Vic and Laura. They were great. Our issues were with the landlord and their development project that we knew very little about when signing. The house we rented was not in rentable condition nor cleaned upon moving in, which was a let-down. It was way over-priced and everything seemed to immediately break once we moved in, such as the washer, dryer, oven, AC unit, water heater, gas leaks, etc. were all requiring maintenance and replacement constantly... read more
Rented from bertis and wieber at 2 different properties and had great experiences. Had an issue the last year with maintenance requests being attended to but other than that, they are GREAT! Laura at the front desk is such a kind and helpful person and Vick is understanding and worked with us to make things possible! Thank you Bertis and Wieber for everything!
