From the moment I came to the office, I knew that I was in the presence of caring and professional doctors and nurses. Dr. Bregman took ample time to listen to my concerns. His diagnosis was on target. I have recommended him to my friends and family. A definite NYC find.

I have been a patient of Dr Bertie Bregman's for about 6 years. He is kind, caring, and compassionate. He treat me as well as my partner and kids, and I couldn't be happier with the care he provides. I have sometimes seen other providers in the practice and they are excellent too! The staff does their best to help in any way possible. I am so lucky to have found Westside Family Medicine

Smart, caring and attentive to my medical needs. His office is clean and modern and I feel like the staff always gives me the attention I need. It is not easy to provide great primary care, but Dr Bregman and his staff seem to have found the recipe!

I received knowledgeable and compassionate medical care from Dr Bregman. But be wary of Westside's billing practices. They charged insurance a full office visit — as if I’d received medical care from a doctor — for a drop-in flu shot. My 6-minute flu shot cost me $100+ out of pocket. Westside and their offshore billing will not speak via phone about bills — only through online app. That means you can never really clarify office billing policies, state your case or get a straight answer.

I had an appointment here today. I was told that there was a $30 co-pay. I asked why there is a co-pay. I was told that I must pay every time I come. I was surprised because It was a follow-up from my annual physical. I said that I could have been told the results over the phone, and I would not have to pay. The receptionist summoned her boss. A guy came out and asked me what the problem was. No introduction. No, I am so-and-so. He basically was the most rude and insincere doctor that I ever
