From 5 stars to negative… Unreal… Our family has been patients of Dr. Beckwith for several years, and I want to begin by saying that she is an outstanding dentist. My experience with Berthoud Family Dentistry has been deeply disappointing due to the conduct of the front desk staff. While the dental care itself has been excellent, the recurring issues at the front desk have created unnecessary frustration and delays in receiving treatment. Where to begin! I first walked in the doors of Berthoud Family Dentistry about 5 years ago, terrified and shaking like a leaf. You see, I had a major phobia of anything having to do with dental procedures. This even included a simple cleaning! Now, 5 years later, it's a totally different story. I have been a patient here for over 15 years. They have always treated me well. The facility is always clean, the staff is courteous and friendly and Dr. Beckwith has always done a fantastic job with all my procedures.
