RecommendedThey are so good to the animals that come in. I have had both my dogs throughout the year with BAH. when my dog and I go for a walk through town and pass by the vet's office she pulls on her leash and whines for us to go inside. She loves everyone and they treat her like she is their favorite patient. Before Covid I seen many times how the techs treated every animal like that when they came in. Very professional. Took our dog in to check on a bump on her leg. Didn’t get a good result, but got referred to get her treatment options. Appreciated the care.
My interaction with Berthoud Animal Hospital has been exemplary. They have taken care of three of my dogs (Luka, Lexi, and now Doolen) and never had a worry about any of them. The staff is courteous, professional, and caring. I am always informed about doolen’s medical issues, test results, available for owners to ask questions, need additional information, or make recommendations about common animal behaviors. I know others who use them and are happy with their experience in caring for their pets.
I want to thank Berthoud Animal Hospital and Dr. Shasta for helping my wife Jackie say good bye to our sweet Lexie (AKA) Snoochie Poochie. You professionalism is above and beyond. You are the reason our little town of Berthoud is so great. Gratefully, Tim Wixon
Benji has been a satisfied customer/patient at Berthoud Animal Hospital for 6 years. A normally anxious dog, he just finished his annual checkup, dental cleaning, and sedation grooming a few weeks ago. I’ve always been happy with the way Dr Stafford, Dr Eversole, Dr Nicholls, and all the assistants have handled him. His sister, Sugar, is up next with her appointment next week.
Great experience yesterday getting my dog neutered. Very very clean and they held the door open for me on way in and out.
The caring staff, especially the owner!
I am a first timer at BAH and very “Vet” shy after more than one bad experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and Dr. Melker (I hope that’s right) was so nice, so thorough. We’re not sure what’s wrong but he suggested a simple round of an anti-inflammatory to start off with and see what happens. I was expecting the suggestion of a battery of tests, etc. I’m so pleased!!
