I just moved to the Narragansett Avenue area from the east side and figured that switching to this closer optometrist would be easier than moving my schedule around. I don't suggest doing that, receptionists here don't seem to know what insurance they take or don't take. My appointment was for 4:30pm when they close at 5pm, so Doctor Sam just moved me along in about twelve minutes with little to no interest, information or even entusiam for literally treating a patient. My husband has been going to this office for over 20 years. My son had a pair of glasses that were picked up a few weeks ago. The arm on them was crooked but to not make a fuss we dealt with it. Well my son’s glasses ended up with no arm because it fell off. my husband brought the glasses to the office to show them and explain to them what is going on and why they couldn’t fix it.
