My husband has been going to this office for over 20 years. My son had a pair of glasses that were picked up a few weeks ago. The arm on them was crooked but to not make a fuss we dealt with it. Well my son’s glasses ended up with no arm because it fell off. my husband brought the glasses to the office to show them and explain to them what is going on and why they couldn’t fix it.
