I wouldn’t recommend bertha as a realtor for first time home buyer or an experienced buyer. I am thankful for what she could help with. Cons: Communication was poor, organization was lacking, missed the closing date, didn’t show up for final walk through, caused a few too many preventable hiccups, and additional issues. Pros: Nice person and bilingual
