We recently bought a 2025 Subaru Outback at Bertera Subaru in Hartford. Our sales person Kiana was very nice. She was patient in answering all our questions. She gave us extra time during the test drive allowing us to get a better understanding of the vehicle. She did not try to sell us anything that we didn’t asked for and was transparent about pricing. Overall, the process was straightforward and smooth.
The car buying experience with Bertera Subaru was easy, pleasant, and enjoyable. This is the second car I have bought from them, and they always make me feel comfortable and make the process easy. There are other Subaru dealerships in the area, but Bertera is hands-down the best. Vinnie was very helpful and knowledgeable, and never made feel like I was just another customer.
They were terrific, made the whole process very easy and clear. I was very impressed. Vinny walked me through it all with much patience and very thorough explanations. Great service!!!
