Every bit of my experience at Bertera Subaru was great. There was no high pressure, they just gave us a really good price. The salesman Vinnie, was SO GOOD! He explained every feature of the car so we knew exactly what we were getting. I would absolutely buy another car from Vinnie at Bertera!

I went into the dealership with my trade-in offer in hand and new purchase offer in hand. I told them that I felt I overpaid four years ago, but it was right during Covid. This time, they gave me the whole deal I asked for including an excellent trade-in! They restored my faith in this dealership by being honest and fair!!! I dealt with a very nice young man named Noah Taylor and he was both knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted to accomplish today. I highly recommend asking for Noah if you visit this dealership.
I had an excellent experience in looking for and purchasing my new car with Kiana's help! She was super kind and genuinely helpful. The entire process felt incredibly smooth, from the test drive to the financing and final paperwork (which Pam was also amazingly great to work with on this part). Kiana definitely made the difference in the confidence and comfort of buying a car I wanted. It was truly just an amazing experience, from start to finish!
