We purchased twice from Bertera Subaru in Hartford, once in 2013 and again in 2019. We like that this dealership is straight forward and fair on pricing, and reliable with delivering a quality product and in completing the voluminous (but important) paperwork associated with car transactions accurately. Bertera subaru helped me out when nobody else would! Adriana, Enrique and Lucas were awesome! After being turned away and/or judged by other dealerships for not having great credit and the fact that i needed a vehicle for a long commute, i honestly didn't feel great about car shopping.
