I had a great experience at Bertera Subaru of Hartford. Tyler listened to me in order to fully understand what I was looking for in a car. I was initially looking at a used Crosstrek, however after working with Tyler found that the Legacy was a better fit for me.
Can’t say enough about my experience buying a 25 Outback with Bertera. Kiana Vilaysane was terrific to work with. She was more than happy to show me around their large inventory of colors and platforms. Never pressuring in any directions. Knowledgeable about all trim variations and packages. She presented more as a personal guide than a salesperson while I whittled down the combinations to what best suited my needs. My experience purchasing my new crosstrek was great. Second time purchasing from Bertera and the entire process went smoothly. They gave me excellent value for my trade which really helped get me into the car I wanted. Highly recommend asking for Noah! He was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to all communications in between purchase and pick-up.
