UPDATE 9/4/25 We initially had some issues with communication and confusion regarding drop-off, timeline, etc. However, the new service manager reached out to us and we were able to get everything sorted. He was very apologetic and kept my husband updated on the car’s progress throughout the day. When it was ready they sent a car out to pick up my husband, and gave us a discount for the trouble. My experience at Bertera Nissan Service department was great! I would recommend Bertera Nissan. They are flexible with people of all careers, I’m a nurse at UMass hospital and they worked with my schedule. I got a rental car when my transmission failed to go to work as they worked on my car! I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue that I bought used. I purchased an aftermarket extended warranty for it. When my Rogue's transmission crapped out, I had it towed to Bertara Nissan in Auburn Ma. to repair it. Come to find out the warranty company that I dealt with is scamming people right and left and denied my claim for a transmission.
