My experience at Bertera Nissan Service department was great! I would recommend Bertera Nissan. They are flexible with people of all careers, I’m a nurse at UMass hospital and they worked with my schedule. I got a rental car when my transmission failed to go to work as they worked on my car! I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue that I bought used. I purchased an aftermarket extended warranty for it. When my Rogue's transmission crapped out, I had it towed to Bertara Nissan in Auburn Ma. to repair it. Come to find out the warranty company that I dealt with is scamming people right and left and denied my claim for a transmission.
