bertera won't play the lawyer game when it comes to warranty they will honor it and that is really a huge reason behind my choosing a brand is the service behind it. knowing if something goes wrong and i bought a warranty on my second mitsubishi i can trust this dealership to honor it and they do good work. there are a lot of dirtbag dealerships in the area that won't do warranty stuff for any lame excuse and bertera is NOT one of them.
