Karianne and her service crew are amazing. I've had several issues this past year with my jeep and she has worked with me to get me back on the road quickly each time!! She worked out the warranty stuff and made sure I was only paying for what I needed. She's knowledgeable and friendly and truly a help when I've needed it. I'm so glad I live in the same town and that she is my service person!
I purchased a BMW 740i from Bertera Dodge Westfield in November 2025 and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. First, I was never informed during the sales process that the vehicle only came with one key. When I received the car, I specifically asked the salesperson whether there was a second key, and I was told that there was and that it would be mailed to my California address together with the license plate. The repair on the torsion spring on my toolbox, built into the body of the ram did not last, but ended up being a defective toolbox, which was entirely replaced at another dealership so I can’t fault them for trying. They’re not bad. It’s a smaller parking area for customers and a smaller waiting room but again not bad for its size.
Great service all around and their prices are low
