John and Rich are part of a Great team at Bertera in Westfield that made it work for me with this new Jeep gladiator in bright purple! What’s your problem?As a woman It has always been an issue to work with the dealership. Almost every other place I’ve ever gone to has ignored me, and only spoken to my partner, even though we were buying cars for me. These guys were very respectful and flexible and understood that I really wanted a fun color.
Recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Bertera Dodge. Our first was a Jeep Wrangler. Since then we have bought a total of 3 Grand Cherokees from them. Love this brand and couldn't be more pleased with their sales and service staff!
Service was fenominal!! Kept me updated on what was happening with my vehicle via text. It's very hard to trust mechanics/repair service these days....BUT I can say....in the MANY years I've owned a vehicle....I trust them 110%!! They go over and above!
For a 2019 Honda civic they wanted 24,000 for it out the door that was a crazy price jump from 19,000 which they said that was the trade in price they could’ve mentioned that but car was listed for 20,500 and after fees and all that nonsense it was 24,000 the disrespect they tried to pull and I told them that and so I took my business elsewhere now car still sitting there I could’ve just bought a newer Honda for that price with less miles but they tried to get me my pops even said dont go here but I wanted to see for myself ... read more
