I had some of their ribeyes tonight with family from out of town as I wanted to try some before I bought into a package. Let me tell ya, it is great .. im definitely considering buying a 1/4 or 1/2 for sure just for me and my wife. Support local, its a really good product. I'll write another review once I buy a package. Thanks Glen for all your help!
We brought a steer in to be processed. Bertelsen did an excellent job and had good options for cuts. Great price for the service. Will definitely use them again!
