I had called yesterday about my ac not working and they responded almost immediately and had someone out to my house the next morning! Travis was absolutely AMAZING! He diagnosed and fixed our issue with ease!
Tim and his crew installed my unit quickly and cleaned up very well. It was really hot outside and they replaced my 24 year old system with a new Comfortmaker. I highly recommend them.
Couldn't have been more happy with Bertels.
This was the easiest, most comfortable phone and service call I have ever had in my whole life! These guys are great! Thanks!
