Chris and Cindy Berta have been acting as our agents in the selling of our home from last April to the present. We were referred to them by friends that gave glowing reports. Cindy and Chris represented the sellers for a home that a friend and I tried and eventually did purchase. Our real estate agent described trying to deal with them as “a nightmare.” They would not answer his calls or give necessary information and let deadlines go with no communication. It was a horrible roller coaster (not at all fun.). We made offers that were delayed in delivery or ignored. The process was so fast, smooth, and best it was worry free.. Cindy was quick to show me houses that popped up on the market, and both Cindy and Chris had the paperwork all done before it was even requested of us. I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Berta real estate sold our home. It was the best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a home. Prior to placing our home on the market they met with us several times to explain what their services included and how they would market our home. Their service before, during and after the sale has been nothing short of perfect. They are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend them to family and friends and plan to use them again.
