Communication from Bert Powell office to Home office was nonexistent. I would go in and sign papers just to be called next month that I needed to come in and sign again. Nothing got done. After 6 months of this I started canceling my policies and they didn't get cancelled! I called Bert and he would always say he was checking in on it. Never anything else.
