I am extremely dissatisfied with very unprofessional services received here. They made a mistake on my paperwork and are refusing to keep extending my temporary tag until they receive my license plates.
Salesman assumed we had a deal. He had assured us we were only running a soft pull. He came back with some numbers but we never agreed on anything. He drew a line on a piece of paper stating he needed my fiance to sign so he can ask about new numbers. We had already discussed back and forth about leaving the dealership, with the salesman chiming in ofcourse, for his sake. The salesman came back stating he got us the deal we wanted.
