I had to take my car in this morning to be serviced… it was time for an oil change. I was kind of dreading it! But it turned out to be a wonderful experience… my service advisor was Francisco V. He is the trifecta! (Kind, polite and knowledgeable!) He advised me what my car needed, and how long it would take. I’m the kind of person that has a lot of questions and I talk a lot! Frank answered all my questions! He’s the kind of employee that makes you feel assured.
Very customer friendly but would be better if they had another 1 or 2 mechanics on duty to rotate the vehicles out quicker. Other than that a good experience at the dealership.
