0 stars went for my oil change had my appointment at 1pm and it was 2:30 and still my truck wasn't inside the shop had to go and tell them been here since 1pm and there still not done with my truck they suggested for me to come back the following day not to happy to hear that so they got it done by 3pm...so what the point of making a appointment if your gona wait for hrs for a oil change ..

Yesterday I had an appointment just for an oil change at 2pm, i got there @ 1:40pm, waited there and around 3:pm I went and asked fot the status of my car's service, the guy there without looking at me told me "is going to take another hour or more", I asked him , why? He said cause is just the way it is, he said with a no care attitude so i said then can you cancel my appointment.. he with no care at all just look at one guy that was entering and told him to go get my car., I could tell that guy hates his job just by the wa... read more
