Did not get to see the vehicle the appointment was made for. I was told the vehicle was being looked at by the technicians. It was a waste of my time.
Good experience at Bert Ogden Nissan McAllen, Hector was a good salesman, even after the sale.

Be warned. Vehicle was listed here for $13k. They told us in person “actually it’s $16k because that’s msrp, but we’re actually hooking you up and making it $15k because that’s the bert Ogden price ” utter bs and a waste of our time. We were willing to trade in a pristine vehicle with cash buying it outright after their vehicle had been sitting there for 140 days according to car gurus. They didn’t budge from their terrible offer and we walked. They did the exact same to my sis with her jeep.
Internet advertisement had the wrong trim package. Stated as an SL but description and pictures were definitely not a SL model which is top of the line for a Rogue.
Started out well. Although I did have finance pre approved dealership insists on my applying for finance and I was approved. They ended up sellingIt to a different person probably for better price than advertised . I don’t mind that but don’t like to get inquiries on my credit which will decrease a few points with each inquiry. Lesson learned: buy local!!!!

Not helpful. Sent request to see specific vehicle. Set up appt to see vehicle, vehicle was sold prior to appt. Fine vehicle was sold but dealer did not inform me vehicle had been sold. Was travelling a significant distance so called prior to leaving otherwise would have traveled over 2 hours to find vehicle had been sold.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
