Be careful using the EV port here. The ChargePoint app said it was available and the property isn’t gated after hours… I had the cops called on me even though I was sat in the car the whole time. Why not put a gate to limit public access at certain times? Le doy una estrella al servicio al cliente a través del telefono. Dejé mensaje y no recibí respuesta; ya van 4 dias. Despues de 6 intentos hoy me respondió la llamada la Srta. Mónica Garcia que me resolvió rápidamente el problema que tenía con una garantía que compré. En 10 minutos ella resolvió lo que en 4 días no se había podido, por eso le doy 5 estrellas a la joven y espero que Bert Ogden la utilice como símbolo del buen servicio al cliente y eficiencia. The worst experience. Bought a 2024 Sportage Kia back in June 2025. Took them a week to get the car and that’s because we called the place that was detailing it (happened to be our client). Now we haven’t received the license plates. We’ve already given 2 car payments and they are still not “in”. They don’t even have the common courtesy to return phone calls. ECM recall at KIA killed my 2024 Carnival. Had 4 recalls done today, 08/16, and once I got home and turned the car off, it refuses to turn back on. I called and service refused to pick up, the operator didn't pick up, and sales sent me back to service in a loop of do-nothingness. This dealer is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with. If I didn't have to take my KIA in for service, I'd avoid this place like the freaking plague. I'm waiting on them to try to avoid blame, charge some stupid fee for their screw up, or so... read more
