Arrived at Bert Ogden Infiniti dealership for vehicle repairs, was met outside by Nate Miranda (salesman I think). He introduced himself, escorted me to a service advisor, and was very articulate in the area of Service Excellence. I asked if the dealership trained their employees in this area, to which he replied “No.” I informed him that he was a “Natural”, and that he is the FIRST person I have encountered with those set of skills in the RGV. We have a 2023 infinity qx80 which has left us stranded 4 times and has been in service 4 separate occasions with the same issue it is embarra for my kids and I to have to walk home when they just brought the vehicle back from service 2 days ago!!!
