Disappointed in their customer service. They sell a car with bumper to bumper warranty yet the moment my daughter needed tgst warranty tgey are looking for an excuse why not to honor it
Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I made an appointment on April 8 to test drive a Hyundai Ioniq 5 for April 9 at 6:30 PM. The appointment was confirmed. On the morning of April 9, I contacted the dealership to let them know I could arrive earlier at 4:30 PM instead, and they confirmed that was fine. I then drove 40 miles to the dealership, only to be told after sitting down with a salesperson for about 10 minutes that the car was no longer there because it had been sold the night before. Yes sir I purchased a vehicle with the extended warranty and I dropped my car off Saturday and I was told I had to wait until Monday which I understand but come Monday your service person said my warranty was invalid and I want to know why they can’t give me an answer they at the service department keep giving me the run around I’m a veteran and I brought my car with you cause you are veteran owed but the way you treat your customers I will never buy a car from you again
