I experienced a serious issue with my vehicle after it was returned from the Hyundai service department. On Saturday (9/20) morning, I discovered that my car was returned to me without windshield wipers after being serviced for AC-related issues. I specifically asked for things to be done a certain way to my vehicle. I was assured it would be done. I explained it again. The sad thing is that I told my family I knew it wasn’t going to be done simply by the body language of the employee. Something as simple as taking a note would have gone a long way.
