Making a service appointment means nothing. Appointment at 9:30am for a simple oil change. It is now past 1pm and still waiting.

Honestly not very amused with Bert Ogden as a whole right now between the way I was treated at both the Toyota location and this one. I will say before I get into specifics that JD and Niko were absolutely phenomenal with customer service and greatly appreciated for all of their hard work and efforts in assisting me with a difficult application considering my credit and such.
