I went in because there was a letter I received from Hyundai. Its in regards to installing anti theft on vehicle. So, my vehicle was there 3 hours. They send me a message about items I my vehicle needed. They did a inspection, I did not go for that. They sent me video , air filter, cabin filter, air conditioner cleaner and brakes. My palisade started leaking oil, and we heard a noise from the back wheel...I called service, I had extended warranty and they they covered most of the tow. In the morning I got a phone call from Eddie in service, he let me know he got my vehicle in and around noon he will call with an update. He called and let me know I had 3 oil leaks, a recall, and my shock had broken, I was like dam...but then he said not to worry about a thing I dont have to pay anything because my extended warranty covered it...he advised me some parts... read more
