Went in to trade in my vehicle and gave the dealership the whole run down of where I need to be. Just to show up and the vehicle I wanted was gone. On top of that wasted my time with a low ball offer on my trade in. Other dealerships were giving me $12-$13k and they offered me $7k. Made it clear I need out the door price at $32k and they have the nerve to tell me it’s $42k out the door. Literally the worse dealership experience I’ve had. Show your salesman some more professionalism.

No one answers the phone ever. Once they do they'll just transfer you and no one will answer that phone call either. No help what do ever
Hey everyone! It's Mateo, I'm filling in for my mom here about the review. I just wanted to say that JD and Michael gave exceptional service. They were very patient with us, they were able to negotiate a deal with my mom that she was comfortable with,, and everything was fantastic. JD showed us so many cars and took us for test drives in all of them and made a great plan for mom to help her out because she's up in age, and doing the final paperwork with Michael was so fun!
