Salesman Daniel was knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought answered all my questions and explained the workings of the vehicle and the paperwork was also done in a timely manner. I was in and out in a couple of hours. This morning s the second vehicle we have purchased at this dealer and had a good experience both times.
Only giving this a 1 star cause there’s no option for none… My mother just took her vehicle in for a battery and they call her 5 hours later that she needs a battery and it will take 2 business days to get one, also no car to drive as replacement. They recommended her to leave the car at the dealership but she was able to pick it up! Why does it take 5 hours to get notified and why does it take so many days to get a battery! I would not recomend. Everything is great while you are buying or leasing until your done signing. Service gets a score of 0. Three days for a new battery. Plus released the car back to our mom knowing theres a high chance she will get stranded. The service department is horrible. Hung up on me just because i was raising my voice. Three days for a battery and 5 hours to diagnose the issue anyone would raise their voice! Be warned do not buy here or take vehicles in to service.
