It was really a bad experience, especially the finance office. Maria Siles was inherently deceptive in my opinion. She was reluctant to exclude an added protection plan that I'd never want. Then Ms. Siles had the documents set up for 72 months of financing after I'd specifically told the salesperson that I wanted the fairly standard 60 months instead. Then we get to the annual percentage rate, only to find that she's offering 6.50 percent despite a good credit score. She hadn't mentioned the poor interest rate, and then lied... read more
