I would highly recommend going to the Kia Bert Ogden in Harlingen. After going through about 4 different dealerships with my disabled father who was co-signing on my potentially new vehicle, we ended up in contact with Kia in Harlingen. So many games played at this dealership. They WAY undervalued my trade and then worked out numbers that were laughable. Then of course, one of the managers come chasing after saying they can do better. A day later, I get improved numbers and then another manager steps in when discovering I'm headed to another dealership to see what they can do. Every time I try to buy a car from a dealership, it's always such a hassle. Yasmine, in internet sales, told me via phone that an EV9 that was listed online was there in the showroom. I drove from Edinburg that night with the intention of buying. I get there and they tell me they haven't had an EV9 in-stock in a couple months. Went in to fix 2 recalls but they only had parts to fix one. Have to go back when they get the parts. They had 2 weeks to get the parts but didn't tell me that they didn't have them. A wasted 40 mile round trip.
