Recently purchased our second vehicle with Bert Ogden in Harlingen Tx. Manuel Moctezuma made us feel welcome and welcomed. He answered our questions and buying our first vehicle was so easy , that when we decided to purchase our second vehicle we called him . Highly recommend Manuel. The whole experience was very easy. From the management to the financial services everything was very smooth.
NONSENSE! POOR SERVICE DEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot believe that I was told today that the only available date for my KIA vehicle oil change is till the end of September, due to the Harlingen service center having to service and deal with the flood vehicles first. I was told that my vehicle could be serviced in Mission Tx which is 1 hr away. Very disappointed with that response and inconvenience as a KIA Harlingen customer!
Won't be back! Terrible service department...I had an appointment and they took 3 1/2 hours and didn't even start on my car...and they knew I was waiting for my car...foolish staff, low professionalism...I would have given ZERO STARS....If Big Tech would let me....folks BEWARE!!
