Was told to come in by Ruben as a walk in. No appointment needed. I come in to get a quote on a repair and get rudely attacked by Blanca at the collision center. I'm glad I wrote down Rubens name because she kept telling me it was the end of the month and she could not help me if I did not tell her who I spoke with.
