Was told to come in by Ruben as a walk in. No appointment needed. I come in to get a quote on a repair and get rudely attacked by Blanca at the collision center. I'm glad I wrote down Rubens name because she kept telling me it was the end of the month and she could not help me if I did not tell her who I spoke with. On December 19, 2023, I took my car to Bert Ogden Nissan in Pharr, Tx. I originally took my car in for an oil change and mentioned that my radio had a small glitch to it, however it still worked. Their response was that it needed an update and they would be able to do it after the oil change. I left my car with them at 8am and did not receive a call until 3:20pm from Jayme.
