Plumber came on time, it was an emergency late Friday evening. Septic back up in tub and toilet. My daughter is renting and her husband is deployed in the Navy. She left several messages for the landlord, he never called back. The problem I have is when the plumber came in he told us that the landlord called him on the way over and told him to do what he needed to do to fix the problem. 824.00 I had to put on my credit card because I believed that I was going to get reimbursed. We had a major break in our well head piping, which caused damage to our well pump piping as well. Mitch from Bert Norman arrived shortly after our call. Took care of all the issues And tested the system. A great technician. We have always had a positive experience with Bert Norman plumbing.
