Just moved to the area and the Entire team I’ve dealt with from Bert Normans Plumbing have made the problems we were left with from previous owners a stress free process to get repaired & replaced. What a wonderful experience. Scheduled appointment then received a call 30 minutes in advance of tech’s arrival. He was polite, covered his shoes, found the problem immediately, cleaned up water from a leak, then did a whole home inspection as part of the service call. Very respectful and knowledgable. Then got a call the next day to ensure we were satisfied. Now THAT’s good customer service!

Steven was courteous, explained everything that was needed, and quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. The office followed up to be sure our issue was solved. Really a great experience.
