Do NOT come here unless you dont need your medicine on time. DISGUSTING. I call every month for my refill and have to wait over a week minimum because people do not push it throw. I have to call pretty much daily to get it. This week for example I put it in on Monday and they said they’d submit my prescription. Called back Wednesday and Thursday since it hasn’t come in yet. Now it’s Friday and no one in the office is answering so I won’t even get my meds til next week at the earliest since they are not open on the weekends. ... read more
Impossible to get a prescription refills. My pharmacy has tried 3x and I myself have called and emailed the doctor office and still no response. Can't get the front office to answer, nor the nurses. This has happened several times. Hopefully I can find a more reliable doctor.
I've been a patient since 1985. My pcp retired. Started visiting PRIMARY HEALTH GROUP short pump location (greybull rd) recently & I've decided to make a change of pcp & this company. Lack of staff on duty.
