Great physicians terrible office staff. No one answers a phone hold 42 minutes
Was waiting in the waiting room over an hour to be called back into a room to. See Dr Chen. Dr Chen is always very professional and explains procedures associated with my care. 5 stars for Dr Chen. 3 stars for having to get there early and waiting time is over an hour.
