Great service
As a landlord, Bert and team provided experience and sound advice and did a good job of renting the units. However, the cost of paying for their in-house maintenance man was extremely high. And once I expressed interest in trying to outsource to other vendors for maintenance, they stopped paying much attention to the property.
Down to Earth and super helpful. Highly recommended.
